Jocelyn was the 2013 - 2017 Outreach Coordinator for Pacific Tongues, a nonprofit organization that cultivates an active artistic Oceanic community of writers, spoken word performers, leaders, educators and students of all ages. During her time with Pacific Tongues she Co-Directed two Annual Pacific Tongues Interscholastic Festivals, over dozens of 2nd SATurday Open Mic & Slams, and maintained partnership with the Artist in The School's Grant Funding program between 2014 - 2017. She has held multiple after school poetry work shop residencies at Farrington High School, 'Iolani Schools, Aiea High School, & University of Hawai'i Labortory Schools. On a larger scale in 2016, she facilitated workshops in Guam for the Festival of Pacific Arts, as well as in the Marshall Islands for the Jo-Jikum Climate Change Arts Camp.
